Wedding in Inner Mongolia
In 2024, I had the opportunity to lead a wedding on the grasslands of Inner Mongolia, with 200 guests in attendance. The theme combined nature and local traditions, with a subtle touch of rustic style. The goal was to offer guests from all over the world a sensory experience, blending culture, tradition, and local cuisine. The couple wanted the wedding to focus not only on them but also on fostering interactions between both families, ensuring an unforgettable experience for everyone. As the event manager, I was responsible for the entire project, coordinating everything from concept to execution. This included working with florists, photographers, hosts, setup teams, performers, venue staff, and handling guest accommodation and transportation. The result was memorable and grand.

My design approach focuses on harmonizing with the natural environment — sourcing materials locally and respecting the surrounding culture. The stage backdrop was conceived using natural elements and renewable resources. I curated a mood board and collaborated with an illustrator to turn it into conceptual sketches, defining zones such as the stage, bar, dining area, buffet station, and social spaces.
